1. About us and these terms

This shop is operated by Procomm Technologies, 188, Kajolshah, MAG Osmani Medical Road, Sylhet-3100, Bangladesh. "You" means the person or business using the shop or placing an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Using the shop and your account

• You can order as a guest or create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• The details you give us (name, phone number, delivery address) must be accurate. We may need to call you to confirm an order before it is dispatched.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.

3. Business accounts

Companies can apply for a business account by giving their company name, trade licence number and, where they have one, VAT Business Identification Number (BIN). Business accounts are approved at our discretion. Once approved, they may see business prices that differ from retail prices.

• Business prices are for the approved business's own purchases and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• You confirm that the business details you provide are true and that you are authorised to act for the business.
• We may ask for supporting documents and may suspend business pricing if the details cannot be verified.

4. Products, prices and availability

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable, unless the product page, quotation or invoice says otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout.
• Product photos are for illustration. Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change. If a detail matters to you (for example wattage, capacity, port count or compatibility), please contact us before ordering.
• Stock levels shown in the shop are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid, even after confirmation.

5. Placing an order

1. When you place an order you receive an order number and a confirmation by SMS and, if you gave one, by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
2. A contract between us is formed when we confirm the order (by phone, SMS or email, or by dispatching it).
3. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be reached, the order looks fraudulent, or we cannot reach you to confirm it. If you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the delivery person in cash when you receive your order. For high-value orders or deliveries outside Dhaka we may ask for an advance payment before dispatch; we will tell you before confirming.
• Cards, mobile banking and internet banking through SSLCommerz.
• bKash.

Online payments are processed by the payment provider on their secure pages. We never see or store your card number, PIN or OTP, and our staff will never ask you for them.

If you choose an online payment method and do not complete payment within 2 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and the items are released.

7. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Current delivery charges:

• Delivery times are estimates from order confirmation. Large or heavy items (such as solar panels and batteries), remote locations, public holidays, weather and courier delays can add time. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
• Please check the package in front of the delivery person. If it is visibly damaged, opened or incomplete, you may refuse it, or note the problem and contact us within 48 hours (see our Returns Policy).
• Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone at your delivery address.
• If delivery fails because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we will try to contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries or refusing a COD order without a valid reason may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

8. Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Call or email us with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund you in full as described in our Refund Policy. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Returns Policy.

9. Quotations

You can request a quotation for larger or project orders. A quotation is valid until the date shown on it. Any specific terms written on a quotation (for example prices, payment schedule or delivery time) apply to that order and take priority over these terms where they differ.

10. Installation services

Where installation is included or booked separately (for example solar systems or network cabling):

• We will agree a date with you. Please make sure our technicians have safe access to the site, including the roof where needed, and a power supply.
• You are responsible for confirming that you have any permission needed for the work (for example from your landlord or building management), and for telling us about hidden pipes, cables or structural limitations we should know about.
• If the site turns out to be unsafe or different from what was described, we may need to reschedule or revise the price. We will discuss this with you before doing extra work.
• The scope and price of installation are set out in your order or quotation.

11. Solar sizing and other estimates

The solar calculator and any system sizing, energy output, backup time or savings figures we provide are estimates based on the information you give and typical conditions. Actual results depend on sunlight, shading, weather, panel orientation, how you use your appliances and the condition of your electrical wiring. They are a guide, not a guarantee.

12. Our responsibility to you

• We are responsible for supplying products as described and services with reasonable care and skill.
• We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (such as loss of profit or business interruption) where you buy as a business, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Where we are liable to you, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or any other law of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded.

13. Acceptable use and content

Please do not misuse the shop: for example by placing fake orders, trying to access other people's accounts or orders, or interfering with the website's operation. The website's content, logos and design belong to Procomm Technologies or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
